Directions for Men

We are an organisation that provides men safe spaces around Greater Manchester to come together as a group and talk about what is happening in their lives and how it’s impacting on their mental health. We do not require bookings, appointments nor payment; you just turn up to your closest venue.

Our Prestwich group takes place every Wednesday at 6.30pm at Creative Living Centre, 1A Rectory Lane, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 1BP.

In the group, each man has an opportunity to talk about things he may not be able to talk about in his everyday life in the hopes that off-loading this way will prevent men from suffering further down the line and feel better in themselves for having had that conversation and connecting with others.

You also have the option to listen instead if you don’t feel ready, but we will check to make sure you are okay.
