The Centre offers a wide range of courses, groups and 1:1 support which enables each person to be actively involved in improving their own well-being.
We offer creative activities, including arts and crafts, physical exercise and well being activities- yoga, gardening, relaxation, therapies including,CBT, massage, reiki, counselling and various short courses.
