Northern Star HR and Wellbeing Solutions is a consultancy that was created in 2021 during Covid out of a recognition that life and work might never be quite the same again for both employers and employees.

Well, the Northern Star is a compass, a guide and a light in a dark sky. There simply is no text book answer to what society now faces in terms of recovery both organisationally and for employees. We provide professional, practical, creative and dare we say kind direction at a time of unprecedented challenges. Our focus is HR coaching, consultancy and training with an underlying passion for employee and organisational wellbeing.
Rachel the Company director is Chartered MCIPD and is trained as a Mental Health First Aider. She was born in Bury and is very proud to be a Prestwich business. From contract writing to discrimination dispute management, to absence management to workshop facilitation nothing is out of our capabilities. We can assist in helping businesses manage the whole employment journey.We care as much about the success of the businesses who are our clients as we do about our own business.
