Spark Life

[Fitness & Leisure](/fitness-leisure/)

**It Takes a Village: It takes Heart!**

We know that fitness hasn’t always been fun. Gyms can feel intimidating, fitness classes impersonal, and getting started daunting and hard.

Hi! We’re Helen and Maggie and we do things differently here. We believe that wellbeing incorporates the body, mind, heart and soul so we offer everything from personal training, kettlebells and jump rope to yoga, meditation and holistic therapies.

**Join us online**

Right now, we’re continuing to provide non-weight-biased fitness solutions and monthly spiritual workshops to our members virtually. You can join in with our kettlebell club, yoga, mindful workshops, 1-2-1 personal training sessions and holistic healing all without leaving your own home.

Our online services will continue to remain an option once the studio is open in the future.
